Yesterday Nordic Match together with Peikko, Finncham and Swedcham hosted a unique seminar where Peikko shared the inside story of their inaugurating M&A of a Chinese company Shucko in 2022.

 

Michal Horak, Vice President APAC at Peikko and Martin Fencak, China President Peikko, shared in detail the rationale behind initiating a M&A process in China, what is “a perfect target”, how did they integrate the Chinese company after the transaction being completed.

 

Despite the headwind in the Chinese economy recently, over 50 Nordic companies participated in the seminar online and offline, with a lively Q&A afterwards discussing about the strategies around doing M&A in China.
