Frank Pan is a Director at Nordic Match based in Shanghai, focusing on the execution of cross-border M&A projects and providing strategic advisory services for European and Asian clients.
Before joining Nordic Match, Frank has over 30 years of experience in cross-border deals, having served as M&A Director APAC at United Technologies/Carrier, ITW, Honeywell, Landis+Gyr, and China Merchant Group. Frank began his career at the Chinese Ministry of Transport, bringing deep knowledge of the China-Europe market and transaction processes.
He holds an M.E. in Civil Engineering from Tianjin University.
Outside of work, Frank enjoys reading Chinese poetry and listening to classical music.
