Lance Su
Director
Lance Su is a Director at Nordic Match based in Shanghai, focusing on the execution of cross-border M&A projects and providing strategic and investment support for European and Asian clients.
Before joining Nordic Match, Lance had over 18 years of M&A experience. He previously served as Head of Group M&A at Lenovo, Corporate Strategy and Business Development Director at Axalta Coating Systems, Ford Motor and IBM.
Lance holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from Fudan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Xi'an International Studies University.
Outside of work, Zhengwei Su enjoys playing basketball and hiking.
